Paul Whitten

Paul Whitten is the President and General Manager of Whitten Funeral Homes and Cremation service. For over three decades, Whitten has been serving families in the greater Lynchburg area.

He is a member of the Virginia Funeral Directors Association where he serves on the board of directors and past member of the Virginia Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers.

Whitten has also been actively involved in a number of community and civic organizations in Lynchburg, including serving for a number of years with the Lynchburg Life Saving Crew and appointed by Lynchburg City Council to serve on the board of the Lynchburg Area Agency on Aging. Currently Mr. Whitten serves on the board of the Campbell County Rescue Squad the Lynchburg Police Foundation and the board of the Southern Memorial Association/Lynchburg City Cemetery. He is a member of the Lynchburg Exchange Club and Thomas Road Baptist Church. He is a father of five, and he and his wife Marnie enjoy traveling, RVing and spending time with the family.
