News from the Lynchburg Police Department:

April 14: Officers responded to a reported overdose. The caller advised they had administered injectable Narcan and nasal Narcan, but the subject was still unresponsive. Officer Witcher administered more doses of Narcan and the subject finally came around. The male subject refused to be transported by medics.
